What is PhilCom Auto-Access Internet?

PhilCom Auto-Access Internet is a value-added dial-up service available to PhilCom
landline subscribers. With PhilCom Auto-Access Internet, your PhilCom landline is
"Internet Ready" and you get sure, fast and reliable dial-up internet service in Mindanao.
Plus, you get the advantage of having one-bill convenience since all PhilCom Auto-Access
Internet charges shall be billed to your PhilCom Telephone Bill.

How do I use PhilCom Auto-Access Internet?
Register your telephone line and have the Auto-Access Internet feature activated at the
PhilCom Office near you. Then, simply connect your PhilCom line to a modem and configure
your PC or LapTop for Internet access and dial-up to 102-92.

What are the System Requirements for PhilCom Auto-Access Internet?
All you need to use PhilCom Auto-Access are the following:
1. Pentium 233 Mhz (Pentium II or Higher is recommended)
2. Windows 95/98 or higher
3. 16MB RAM Memory (64MB or higher is recommended)
4. At least 50 MB hard disk space
5. 28.8kbps modem (56kbps is recommended)
6. Browser - Internet Explorer 4.01/higher or Netscape 4/higher
7. PhilCom telephone line.

What is my user name and password?
There will be a global user name and password:
Username: philcom
Password: onlink

Do I have to pay for registration fees?
You do not need to pay for registration fees to the service if you have a PhilCom
telephone line you can start using PhilCom Auto-Access Internet.

How much is my credit limit?
You have a limit of P1500.00 for Residential and P2000.00 for Business Line.

How will i be billed?
PhilCom Auto-Access Internet charges will be included in your monthly PhilCom
telephone bill. In a section wherein "Internet Usage" will be indicated.

How much do i pay for the PhilCom Auto-Access Internet service?
You shall be charged on a per-use-basis at P0.50 per minute during peak hours
(7AM to 12MN) and P0.25 per minute(12MN to 7AM) during off-peak hours.

When is my billing cut-off date?
Billing cut-off date will be your existing PhilCom Telephone Line bill cut-off date.

Where can i pay my bills?
You may settle your bills at PhilCom Business offices, accredited banks nationwide
and Graphics-All-in-Store.

Does the service include security features?
Your phone lock/PIN serves as your security feature. Just lock/unlock your phone
so that no one else can use the service.
