How to Change your Login and Email Passwords

Onlink Access Account Password
1. In your Web browser, type in the Address: http://onlink.philcom.ph/
2. Click on My Account button.
3. You will be prompted for a username and password in which you will type in the USERNAME your Onlink Access LOGIN NAME and in the PASSWORD, the password of your LOGIN NAME.
4. The user administration page will open, click on the change password button
5. Enter your existing password and then your new password.
6. After you click OK, the new password you entered will be your password the next time you connect to Philcom-Onlink internet service.

Email Account Password
1. In your Web browser, type in the Address: http://onlink.philcom.ph/
2. Click on My Account button
3. You will be prompted for a username and password in which you will type in the USERNAME your Onlink Access LOGIN NAME and in the PASSWORD, the password of your LOGIN NAME
4. Click on Email Management menu
5. If you have created multiple email addresses, choose the email address that you want to have the password changed.
6. Then enter the old password and then the new password then click OK.

When you access your email account, the new password you entered will be used.


Understanding PhilCom Onlink Credit Limit

How does the PhilCom Onlink Credit Limit Work?

The new Onlink Billing System automatically checks Subscriber Balance every end of the month. This includes the unpaid previous balance (billed charges) and the current balance (unbilled charges). if the total amount (unpaid previous balance + current balance) exceed the allotted Credit Limit, the system will automatically block internet access until payment is made such that the total balance will be less than the credit limit.
