What is PhilCom CallKard Plus?

PhilCom CallKard Plus is the first value-packed all-in-one prepaid card in Mindanao
that you can use for Internet browsing and voice calls.

How do I use PhilCom CallKard Plus?

For Internet Browsing, all you have to do is to configure your PC and dial 10291.
For NDD and local calls, dial 10251. And for IDD calls, just dial 10252.

What are the System Requirements for PhilCom  CallKard Plus?

1. Pentium 233 Mhz (Pentium II or Higher is recommended)
2. Windows 95/98 or higher
3. 16MB RAM Memory (64MB or higher is recommended)
4. At least 50 MB hard disk space
5. 28.8kbps modem (56kbps is recommended)
6. Browser - Internet Explorer 4.01/higher or Netscape 4.0 or higher
7. PhilCom telephone line. (may also be used from other telephone lines
  by calling the OnLink dialup pilot number in your area)

What is my user name and password?

Username: Serial number + "@prepaid"
Password:  Card Number

What are the Rates?

Php 0.50 centavos for Peak Hours; 7:00AM-12:00PM
Php 0.25 centavos for Off-Peak hour; 12:01 AM - 6:59AM

Can I check the balance of the Card?

You can check your card's remaining balance by dialing 10251 and following
the voice prompt. You may also check it from this website.
